Xander hadn't forgotten what day it was just because there was a date yesterday too. In fact shopping for today might have something to do with why he was a little late for yesterday.

...And being a Harris might have something to do with why his apartment now smells like a combination of chocolate cake and burny, burny death.

Hooray for good ventilation systems? By which we mean a fan and a lot of open windows.

Xander can't argue with that - well, he totally could, but he's not about to - so he leans back and rests his sockified toe on Bridge's knee.

"Is this like Twister?" Bridge wonders. "I mean, do you have to leave your foot there for the rest of your turns?" He gives the dice a roll and comes up with brush fingers on neck. He leans closer, reaching over with one hand to brush his fingers against the back of Xander's neck. And then, since he's right there anyway, goes in for a kiss.

"That wasn't on the dice," he says. "But there should never be a rule against me kissing you."

"I agree. There should be a rule about no having no-kissing rules." Xander nods. Then, "Maybe I don't have to leave my toe exactly there." Like he could slide it up a little...

"Works for me," Bridge replies. "To, uh. Both of those."

Xander slides his toe up a little more then wriggles a bit to reach for the dice. "...So what exactly is the difference between 'caress' and 'massage' ?"

"Dur...ation?" Yes, he gets distracted mid-word there for a bit. Possibly due to the toe-migration.

"Oh, so like this--" Xander leans forward and slides his palm slowly over Bridge's shoulder, squeezing slightly. "--would be caress. And this--" Back again the way he came, but a lot slower. "--would be massage?"

"That's, yeah, I think you've got it, there," Bridge says, reaching for the dice with one hand. After the roll, *both* hands are busy untucking Xander's shirt and then sliding up his back.

"You, ah. mmm. You know I think this is kind of like Twister." Not that Xander's complaining, despite how close he is to falling off the couch.

"I'm not entirely sure how I'm supposed to roll again from here, though," Bridge admits. "I might have to move."

"I might have to at least move my toe." Except the place he moves it to isn't exactly conducive to Bridge reaching the dice anytime soon.

"I... am surprisingly okay with that."

"How about this?" *wriggle*

Yeah, that Bridge is *more* than okay with that is probably pretty obvious right about now.

"You, uh. Might have to roll for me."

"Hmmm, can't," Bridge replies, not-all-that-sadly, his hands still underneath Xander's shirt.

"How's your telekiwhatsis practice coming along?"

"Not so much?"

"So you're saying we might have to just... make this up as we go?" Xander wiggles his toe again/ "Without the dice, oh em gee?"

Bridge's hands slide down Xander's back and around until they're resting on the fly to his jeans. "I believe the word is... improvise," he says, undoing the top button.

"S'a good word," Xander agrees, shifting towards the Hand of Unbuttoning.

Of course, said shifting probably isn't very wise when seriously, game of Twister. On the couch.

Unfortunately, Bridge isn't paying much attention to what's wise and what's isn't either. Which is why the shifting of position sends him tumbling from his precariously balanced position on the couch and on to the floor.

Twister, for those of you unfamiliar with the concept, is a Milton Bradley game. With lots of tangled limbs and colored spots. Which is exactly what Xander is experiencing when he joins Bridge on the floor.

Well, no, Bridge is on the floor and he's on Bridge. Mostly.

"Hi. Nice of you to drop in?" Bridge says, unable to stop the laughter from bubbling up.

"Don't you mean on?" Xander winces and tries to shift so he's not actually squishing Bridge. "You okay?"
