If Xander's been a little clingy today - like "Call me when you get out of class and come straight back here plz" clingy - who's going to mock him for it? After landing on your ass in Prohibition-Era Chicago, not knowing what might happen if the folks in Fandom didn't find a way to get you all home, and spending a month away from everyone you know -- give or take seventy-five years -- you'd be clingy too.

Possibly not at the same time with the same person because that way leads to confusion and the establishment of hard and fast rules about not groping Marty Blank. Not dirty.

So anyway, yeah. There might be a couch and some popcorn and somebody attached to somebody else's side in a not entirely unlimpetlike manner.

"Also central heating," Bridge adds. "And blankets."

"I...might actually be persuaded to move for that last one," Xander admits.

"Could bring blankets *here*," Bridge muses.

"So you don't have to move?" Xander asks with amusement.

"Mmm, technically I'd have to move in order for you to be able to get up," Bridge points out.

"Good point." Not that either of them shows any sign of doing that.

"This is where me being able to do that telekinesis thing would come in handy," Bridge points out. "Then there'd be no moving *and* we'd have blankets."

"...You know, the couch folds out."

"It does?" Bridge blinks, remembering the sudden deluge of houseguests Xander had received almost a year ago (from his perspective, anyway) during the whole Angelus fiasco. "It does!" he grins.

"And there's blankets already on it."

"It's been far too long since I had the opportunity to tell you that you have the best ideas ever," Bridge declares.

"Well, the pizza milkshake when I was 12 sounded good at the time but kind of failed in the execution stages."

Bridge wrinkles his nose up at that thought... and then gets a thoughtful expression on his face.

"...Now I kinda want pizza and a milkshake," he admits.

"We'd have to get up for that," Xander points out. Except he's already moving, because food will do that where desire for warmth...would too but not when he's got a nice warm boyfriend right here.

"I haven't had pizza in forever," Bridge says mournfully, moving to sit up.

"It'd just be synthesized pizza," Xander warns, pushing himself off the couch and heading for the kitchen.

"Dude, I used to eat synthesized food all the time," Bridge points out. "I can totally live with that."

"It could be a real milkshake though," Xander calls back over his shoulder. "I think there's still ice cream."

"Best. Boyfriend. Ever." Bridge declares as he works on making the couch all unfoldy.

Xander returns from the kitchen a bit later, plates of synthesized pizza and sloppy homemade twinkie-flavored milkshakes on a tray.

"Dinner is served. Except for the already had dinner part."

Bridge laughs. "There's absolutely nothing wrong with second dinner," he says from his spot on the now much more bed-like couch.

"Especially considering how many we missed." Xander passes him a plate and sets the glasses on the coffee-table, now pushed to the side of the couch.

He sits down on the edge of the bed and picks up his slice of pizza, but doesn't bite into it, eying Bridge quietly for a moment.

And, okay, Bridge is unaware of any scrutiny as he closes his eyes and takes his first bite of pizza, and there's a sound that possibly could be interpreted as a bit, well... pornographic.

Xander's thoughtful frown turns into a smirk, but the observation continues.

Making rather quick work of the pizza slice, Bridge opens his eyes in order to grab one of the milkshakes... and sees the look Xander's giving him.

"What?"
