A little, but Bridge isn't exactly complaining. In fact, he's pretty much doing the opposite of complaining at the moment. Which is to say he's doing his best to encourage more of the same sort of reaction.

And -- almost as if fifteen years ago and a universe to the left, a flower bedecked furniture-shilling island had just hove into view -- there's suddenly plenty more of the same reaction. "I...will never tell anyone about the pep talk if you won't. Truth spells don't count."

"Are we *sure* you're not psychic now too?" Bridge asks. "Because I was totally about to say that."

"I dunno, were you totally about to say hold on a sec and dive for the nightstand, too?" Xander asks, doing so.

"Well... no," Bridge admits. "But only 'cause you're closer."

"Fair point." You'd think Xander's return would be... well, as swift as you'd expect from somebody who was about to do something they hadn't been able to do for a week, but you'd be wrong. Ish. "....Bridge?"

"Votes have been tallied. Sex wins by two out of two." Xander glances down as he slides back into bed. "...Four out of four."

"Unanimous decisions, my favourite. I love a good democracy." Yes, he's babbling. No, he doesn't really care.

Yup, Xander's pretty much past caring about words too. They're nice and all, and he kind of likes hearing whatever feels like falling out of Bridge's mouth, but he really doesn't have any particular preference as to what. He's concetrating on other parts of Bridge's body right now.

"Mmmmmmmmhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm." That was a yes. That was so, so totally a yes.

"Okay. Good, good. So long as we're clear. Should I stop talking? I can stop talking. Maybe. I think." Or it's entirely possible that the sudden and very welcome end to the sex-related drought has thrown his brain into overdrive and there's words just tumbling out all willy-nilly.

Xander's tongue is a little busy right now, but that doesn't mean he can't clearly express a no. Especially to somebody who can read his emotions, anyway.

"Oh! Well, okay then. I can totally keep talking. Do you have topic preferences? I mean, I could, I could, peanut butter! Or-" sharp intake of breath, there- "how that feels really, really good. The, what you're doing. Not peanut butter, because we're not- we don't have any. Right here."

Considering what Xander's currently doing with his mouth, the muffled laughter probably adds an interesting side-effect.

Interesting, yes. And definitely not unwelcome, judging by Bridge's reaction, which is a breathless: "Definitely better than peanut butter."

Good to know. Conveying actual words from his head always seems kind of hit or miss even with the gloves off, but again, and still, mouth? Busy.

It's been a lot more hit than miss, lately, to the point where Bridge is almost considering mentioning it to the rest of his team. But not, you know, right *now*. Nope, right now he's all about appreciating what Xander's mouth is busy doing. Which should be pretty obvious to Xander right about... now. And if now's a little sooner than it usually is, well. They'd gone without for a *long* time (a week is totally a long time), okay?

The fact that that week is over, SO VERY VERY OVER should be pretty obvious to Bridge, too, as Xander slides back up his body and tumbles them over in a tangle of arms and legs.

It is very obvious to Bridge, who is perfectly happy to *be* tumbled. In multiple senses of the word.
