Mauvaise Chance, Apartment #...uh. Zero. Sunday Evening.

Oh yeah. This was seriously more like it. Big empty place, plenty of sun-free rooms, machine that spits out whatever kind of food you ask for, and since he'd woken up to a familiar form all snuggled up in one of the beds with him, somebody to share it with.

He'd been out right after sunset to make a few arrangements, but now he was back with that somebody, waiting around for the fun to start. "I love how you always manage to find me," he said to her with a long, narrow grin.

"No." Willow pouted even as she leaned, catlike, into his touch. "Mean ol' bar kicked me out before I could."

"Yeah, it didn't like me going after the Puppy-boy either. Tossed me out into the middle of the woods." Xander made a face and scratched at his mostly-healed cross burns. "Got in one good bite there though. Nice. Had a real kick."

Willow looked hopeful. "Share?"

Now it was Xander's turn for a pouty face. "She got away. Some green guy with horns popped up with a cross. Since when do the demons help the food, aside from that wacko Angelus? It's not right." Then he grinned again. "But I found somebody else to share..."

Willow reached out to walk her fingers down Xander's chest. "Human? Don't wanna taste icky demon blood. Makes my stomach all urpy."

"Human. Maybe more than one; I told him he could bring a friend or two if he wanted." Xander might hate leftovers, but it never hurt to have plenty of food on hand. They could always tie up any extras in the closet.

Willow licked Xander's throat with approval. She was already thinking of what she could do with all those hands.

Peter grinned back at Street as they found their way to the address the hot guy in leather had specified.

"Total cake deal, Street. Go in, make his girlfriend happy, get paid, and get out," he said. "It'll make up for the rest of the weekend blowing."

"I didn't mind the blowing *last* night," Street says, slinging an arm around Peter's shoulders.

Ringing the bell, Peter's arm went around Street's waist with a squeeze. "We'll have to duplicate that part then. I still have to make it up to you."

Xander looked up when the bell rang and licked his lips, jumping to his feet. "Mmm, gotta love a town with delivery." He walked to the hallway-door and opened it.

Peter grinned lazily as the door opened. "You wanted us?"

"And you brought company. Nice." He hadn't been expecting the kid with the cigarette, but Xander had to admit he looked better for the shave.

Willow looked skeptical at Peter's accent. "British food's so bland."

Street grins. "I can tell you with firsthand authority that Peter here tastes great."

Willow gave a mischievous grin. "You don't taste like I do."

Peter pulled Street into the room. "Best you ever had, lady," he said cockily. "Being British never tainted my style."

Xander opened the door wider and gestured the boys inside.

Too bad he didn't learn not to issue formal invitations BEFORE someone killed him, huh.

"Lots of stuff comes later."

"That's the general idea," Street says as he steps inside.

"Really it's the specific idea too," Peter pointed out, assessing both the hot chick in leather and giving the guy a third- or fourth-over and thinking they lucked out. "So?" he said. "We said we'd discuss money when we got here."

Willow looked disappointed. "Money talk is boring. Wanna play with toys."

"We'll be whatever you want," Peter replied with a wink. "Money first though."

Not that Xander wasn't leery of that idea after having lost a hundred bucks down that pale chick's top when he had to flee last night, but what the hell. These two weren't going anyplace. Ever again.

He pulled what was left of the roll of bills from his pocket. "Talk fast. She gets bored easy."
