So after this morning, Xander had a pretty good idea what he'd end up doing with the rest of his day. And definitely wouldn't be doing with his evening. Well, actually, there are any number of things he won't be doing, like ingesting things with umbrellas, drunk-dialing Parker, reading the news, opening the office, or renovating a brothel, but if you narrow the category to Stuff One Does In One's Apartment With One's Boyfriend then it gets a little more obvious.

But hey, there are other Things One Can Do. Or, more accurately, Things Two Can Do. Like have a nice nutritious dinner.

Spaghettios are nutritious, right?

"Xander, Xander, Xander, HI!" Bridge says, rather loudly announcing his presence as he comes in to the apartment. To his credit, the door only slams a *little*. He... may possibly have forgotten the whole "indoor voices" thing from earlier. Blame the cookies.

"Bridge, Bridge, Bridge, HI BACK!" Xander yells from the kitchen.

Bridge kicks off his boots and runs at top speed in to the kitchen, clutching a rolled up piece of paper in one hand. And two little vials of orange and green glitter in another. Noticeably absent are any cookies he may have had on his person the last time Xander saw him.

Skidding to a stop right in front of Xander, he holds up his arms. "Up?"

Xander drops the spoon her was stirring spaghettios with back into the pot, and picks Bridge up. "Hi there."

"Hi!" Bridge says again, beaming at Xander. "I made a picture!"

*cough* he was *cough*

"Of what?"

"Me and you and Anders and Z and Sky and Jen!" Bridge says, wriggling a little so he can unroll the picture and show him the various colour-coded stickfigures.

Xander watches the multicolored glitter drift down towards the pot of dinner, and swings Bridge around so he's not over the food. "Ooooh. Which one's me?"

"You're orange," Bridge says, in about as close to a 'duh' tone of voice as it's possible for him to get.

"Ohhhhh, right." Xander takes a wild guess, pointing at another figure. "Is the green one you?" Ok, not so wild.

"Of course!"

"Which one's Anders?"

"Blue!" Bridge informs Xander. "Cause that's what his sparkles is like."

"You brought back a lotta sparkles, huh," Xander asks, shaking some off his sleeve.

"Yes," Bridge agrees. "I gots some for you to put in your hair!" he shows Xander the two tiny vials of orange and green.

"...In my hair?"

"Yeah, like mine, see?" Bridge tilts his head down so Xander can see the top of it. "I gotta put some orange in mine too though. But you needs orange for you and green for me!" He looks back up at Xander. "Please?"

"Someday when you get big, you're so gonna owe me," Xander says, swinging them around so they're nowhere near the food, and holding out one hand for a vial of glitter.

Bridge just laughs, because he's fairly sure "someday" is far far far away, and hands over the orange glitter. "Orange first!"

Xander opens the vial and shakes out a handful, then raises his hand above his head... and lets go so that they both get sprinkled with orange glitter.

"Okay, okay, now green!" Bridge says, bouncing a little in Xander's arms.

He stoppers up the orange vial and reaches for the green. "Hmm. Just me or do you need more green too?"

"Hmmm," Bridge echoes Xander. "I thinks I need more green too!"

"Okay, here goes, bombs away!" Well, glitterbombs.

"Now you're all properly sparkly," Bridge says happily. "And now we can have dinners!"
