So... while the mistletoe hanging over Jeremiah's tank was probably not too much Christmas spirit, Xander would admit if pressed that the Sta-Puft Marshmallow snow landscape arranged around it, complete with wee marshmallow snowpeople in santa hats, might be a little... Let's just say he's fairly certain Isabel would approve.

But hey, it's cold out there and warm in here, there's eggnog on the coffeetable, and Bitterwoman: A Very Bitter Holiday is playing on at least three channels tonight; he checked. Who is Xander to fight the inevitable?

"Eggnog tastes pretty good, but eggnog and Xander tastes even better." It makes sense. To him.

Xander snickers. "Xander Harris, ladies and gentlemen. He slices, he dices, he improves the flavor of eggnog. He's a floor wax and a dessert topping."

Bridge giggles, doing that nose-touchy thing. It's possible he's had a couple of cups himself, yes. "Thought you liked it better t'other way around."

"Dessert on top of m-- oh." Xander gives him a look that's entirely not not-dirty. "Hey, I can be flexible!"

Bridge giggles again. "Oh yeah?" he says, shifting position so that he's suddenly sitting on *top* of Xander, facing him.

Xander manages to set his mug down without spilling much of the remaining eggnog. Which... is pretty flexible, actually. "I can be, yeah."

"Prove it," Bridge says, going in for another kiss. Meanwhile, one hand is working its way into Xander's jeans.

Well, if we're judging flexibility by the amount of squirming currently going on?

The judge might consider that... if the judge weren't busy *causing* said squirming. Though now he's temporarily abandoned the pants in favour of attempting to wrest Xander's shirt off of him.

And again, Xander's all for demonstrating his flexibility by helping out. Granted he's wearing two shirts so it's a long helping-out process, but since it involves more of the writhy-type action, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

And as soon as the shirts *finally* are off, Bridge means to go back to concentrating on Xander's jeans- or what's inside said jeans, anyway- but now there's a shirtless Xander right beneath him so he's taking his time making his way down there, with both hands (without gloves, which have gone the way of Xander's shirts) and mouth.

Shirtless Xanders are very appreciative of time-taking. For a while. Until the need to become wriggly again reasserts itself.

It's a pretty strong wriggle-need, apparently, because somehow by the time it's over, he's the one grinning down and straddling somebody else.

"Hi there," Bridge says, grinning back at him. "Guess you were right. So, what were you thinking for your prize? A cupcake, maybe?" he suggests innocently.

"Maybe," Xander says, one hand sliding down to Bridge's fly to... search for cupcakes. Yes. That's it. Cupcakes.

Bridge might point out that there's no cupcakes there, but he's perfectly aware that's not actually Xander's intention and besides, he definitely doesn't have a problem with it.

Xander leans down to kiss him again, cupcake search uninterrupted by the arrival of lips and tongue at the party.

And lips and tongue and hands all working together means that now *Bridge* is doing some pretty impressive wriggling of his own.

The coffee table slides nicely out of the way, even on carpeting. It's the roller-ball feet. That gives Xander more room to work at tugging Bridge's pants down and then off. To facilitate the search, of course.

Of course. There's just one more obstacle in the way of finding out whether there's really any cupcakes down there. There's certainly *something* that seems rather pleased about this lack-of-pants development, anyway.

That obstacle? Really not much of a challenge. So not much of a challange that Xander manages to wriggle out of his obstacle(s) while he's tugging away at Bridge's.

It would be a bit worrying if it *were* a challenge, really, considering at this point in time there's presumably been numerous opportunities to practice just such a maneuver. Still, it's appreciated. Or at least, that's the message Bridge is currently attempting to convey without actually saying the words.

It's said that good communication is key to a successful relationship. And Bridge? Is definitely of the opinion that there is some very good communication going on right here.

And Xander could go on...talking... for, well. Have you met Xander? But fun as that might be, he has other things in mind.

Being able to *read* said mind means that Bridge is aware of said other things. Still. He can't help but make an unhappy noise of protest at the stopping.
