Okay, maybe it'd be more accurate to say Xander was not speaking to the frog. What? Jeremiah kept staring at him.

"Did Giles put you up to this? Dawn?" Xander had a unique definition of 'not speaking,' yes.

"Rideep?" //Cricketplz?//

"I'm so not having this discussion with you. And not just because I don't speak Frog."

Xander wasn't talking to a frog; he was putting a frog tank in the bedroom.

Xander's expression when she said the word boytoy either answered that question or indicated that the popcorn he'd already eaten had decided to crawl up his esophagus and throttle him from within.

"Pretty much." Willow nibbled more popcorn. "But since I'm a good friend, I said it with a pie chart."

"So if the subject is being stupid--" Which he wasn't actually admitting to, but for the the purposes of argument... "As far as the two people in this room are concerned, who do think's gonna win?"

"Crystal." Willow handed him some popcorn as a prize.

"Wanna watch Bitter Woman reruns now?" Willow asked.

Yeah, that would about suit his remaining mental facilities. "Please?"

"Aren't you doubly glad there's popcorn now?" Willow leaned forward just enough to fire up her totally legally downloaded copies of Bitterwoman, which replaced the presentation that had been projecting on the wall.

That done, she made herself comfy and settled in to enjoy a relaxing remainder of the morning with her BFF.
