OOC: Mauvaise Chance Apartments

Stuff that doesn't apply anymore:

Xander may be off the island, but so are a number of his former tenants (*waves sadly*), which means that there are openings at the (Y)MCA once again.

Four Three of them, to be exact. One 2-bedroom and two 1-bedrooms, so there's space for wacky roomie hijinks if you so desire. Two of the apartments are in the Fandom Weirdinated Sub-basement, where the rooms have minor quirks that you'll find listed in the apartment description.

Plus, of course, the manager's apartment is open, if you're planning on applying for a new townie character and need to list a business for them to run, or have a current character who would fit the bill. (In which case you'll want to talk to the folks on the admin team.)

Until such time as there is a new in-game owner/manager, I'll still be maintaining the MCA resident directory, so if your incoming adult character needs an apartment, ping me at your convenience! Either by e-mail, on IM, or in the OOC thread for the directory page. (Or, you know, here.)

Nope, there's still three openings! You can have your pick of any of the three apartments shown as vacant in the resident directory. There's two in the sub-basement (quirky Fandom weirdness apartments, described on the page) and one (normal apartment) on the third floor.
