MCA#0, Sunday Night

You'd think two days of monster-hunting, junk-food-eating and playing Power Rangers would wear out a pretty small five year old, right?

Riiiiiight.

"But I got LOTS of sleep YESTERDAY," Bridge says petulantly. "Wasn't that enough?"

"Whaifmnotsleepy?" Bridge says this all in a rush. Mostly in an attempt to stave off a yawn. It doesn't work.

"Kay," Bridge says, after thinking this over. "But you gotsa come sit next to me okay?" He scrambles up on the couch.

And Bridge shifts around till he's leaning against Xander. Ted the Giraffe is, of course, with him. "Once upon a time there was a g'raffe an' his best friend was a frog and they eated pancakes and cotton candies and went 'trolling for badmonsters..." Bridge trails off, blinking sleepily.

"Yes and they fighted them in giant robots," Bridge continues. "And then they went home and had cookies but the frog was all tired cause it had been a long long day so he got ready for bed and then the g'raffe said night I love you and ..." Bridge doesn't actually finish the story because he's drifted off to sleep.
