Nobody much cares where you sit, since it's not like there's a bride's side, or like Xander and Bridge don't share all the same friends, but the green fabric deck chairs are separated by a white runner anyway.

Lit on either side by softly-muted glow-balls, it leads down to a chupah that's -- contain your shock -- just as green.

In fact, it looks pretty much like this:

Welcome to the Carson-Harris wedding.

[OOC: Up supersuper early so guests and wedding party members can SP and I can craaaaaaaaash. Ceremony will be added in later in the day, and the inevitable followup post will follow. As they do.]

Anders came jogging back up the aisle for what felt like the fiftieth time just in time to catch that and laughed -- kind of cautiously, given that this was Mel. "Now I feel like I should've gone through with wearing a skirt too just so I'm not exempt from the suffering."

"Well why don't you just take off your pants?" Mel suggested as she offered her arm to walk with him. "All the guests won't see that coming."

"Did that at the party last night," Anders replied, taking her arm. "'sides, I'd get killed about six different ways for upstaging the main event."

"Aww. You're no fun," Mel teased as she started down the aisle. "Besides everyone wants to see your legs."

"There was almost a kilt," Anders admitted, "but it didn't seem to fit in with a Jewish wedding."

Because as far as Anders was aware, this was a totally traditional ceremony.
